WILD GRACE RECYCLING, LLC
RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Residential Recycling Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Wild Grace Recycling, LLC (“Wild Grace” or “Service Provider”) and the subscribing customer (“Customer”).
By signing up for service, Customer agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Service Description
Wild Grace agrees to provide scheduled residential curbside recycling pickup service at the service address provided by Customer and accepted by Wild Grace.
Service availability, route timing, and pricing may vary depending on the location of the service address, selected service level, and any optional add-on services.
2. Standard Accepted Materials
Unless otherwise updated in writing by Wild Grace, standard residential service includes collection of the following materials, provided they are reasonably clean, empty, and separated into the designated bins or approved containers:
Plastic containers #1–#7
Aluminum cans
Tin or steel cans
Plastic containers must be rinsed, emptied, and have lids removed prior to pickup.
Important: Lids are not accepted through Wild Grace residential recycling service. All lids must be removed from plastic containers and discarded in the Customer’s regular household trash. Lids may not be placed in recycling bins.
3. Optional Add-On Materials
Wild Grace may offer optional add-on recycling service for glass and/or cardboard.
If selected by Customer and accepted by Wild Grace, collection of glass and/or cardboard shall be provided as an optional add-on service for an additional monthly charge at Wild Grace’s then-current rate, as stated during signup or otherwise communicated in writing by Wild Grace.
Optional add-on materials must be reasonably clean, dry, and prepared according to Wild Grace guidelines.
4. Non-Accepted and Prohibited Materials
The following materials are not accepted under this Agreement unless Wild Grace expressly agrees otherwise in writing:
Household trash or garbage

Bagged recyclables
Hazardous materials

Any materials not specifically listed as accepted by Wild Grace
Wild Grace may decline pickup of contaminated or improperly prepared materials. Repeated contamination or placement of prohibited materials may result in skipped pickup, additional charges if applicable, suspension, or termination of service.
5. Bins and Containers
Wild Grace may provide bins or approve customer containers for use in the service either at no additional charge or for a fee. Any bins provided by Wild Grace remain the property of Wild Grace unless otherwise stated in writing.
Customer agrees to use bins only for approved recyclable materials and to keep them in reasonable condition. Customer may be responsible for repair or replacement costs for bins that are lost, damaged beyond normal wear and tear, misused, or not returned after service ends, if requested.
6. Pickup Schedule
Service will be provided on the schedule selected by Customer and accepted by Wild Grace, whether weekly or bi-weekly.
Wild Grace may adjust pickup days, route timing, or service scheduling due to weather, wind, road conditions, holidays, safety concerns, staffing issues, equipment problems, recycling facility closures, or other operational needs.
Wild Grace will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant service delays or changes when practical.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to:

Keep bins accessible and not blocked by snow, ice, vehicles, animals, gates, or other hazards

Customers whose service address is located more than fifteen (15) miles outside of Cody may be charged an additional extended-area fee at Wild Grace’s then-current rate. Any such fee shall be disclosed during signup or otherwise communicated by Wild Grace and will become part of the Customer’s regular service charges.

A one-time setup fee may be charged at Wild Grace's then-current rate for account onboarding, establishing a new pickup stop or route location, preparing or assigning bins, initial delivery or placement of bins, service area logistics, or other reasonable startup-related service costs.
Payment is due in advance of service and may be collected or processed through a third-party payment processor designated by Wild Grace. If payment is not received when due, Wild Grace may suspend or terminate service.
Wild Grace may update pricing or fees upon advance notice to Customer.
10. Missed Pickups and Service Interruptions
Wild Grace is not responsible for missed or delayed pickups caused by severe weather, high winds, unsafe conditions, road closures, equipment failure, staffing shortages, recycling facility closures, acts of God, government action, or other causes outside Wild Grace’s reasonable control.

11. Suspension of Service
Customer may request a temporary suspension of service with at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice, subject to approval by Wild Grace and any applicable billing terms for the Customer’s selected plan.
Any billing treatment during a suspension period will depend on the service plan selected and Wild Grace’s current policies.

Upon termination of service, Customer shall allow return of any Wild Grace-owned bins within a reasonable time after request.
13. No Guarantee of Acceptance by Downstream Processors
Customer understands that recycling requirements may change based on market conditions, processor standards, contamination rules, or facility limitations. Wild Grace reserves the right to change accepted materials, preparation requirements, or service offerings upon notice to Customer.
