Most Common Questions

What is Wild Grace Recycling?

Wild Grace Recycling is a local recycling pickup service for homes, businesses, and short-term rentals that want an easier way to recycle. We make recycling simpler through practical, dependable local service.

Who is your service for?

Wild Grace serves homes, businesses, and short-term rentals.

Can commercial service be customized?
Yes. Businesses often have different material volumes, storage space, and scheduling needs, so we work to provide a practical service plan. Contact us to set up an appointment.

Do you offer monthly and annual billing options?
Depending on the service plan, monthly or annual billing options are available.

What materials do you collect?

Standard collection

Plastics (#1- #7),

Aluminum cans

Tin or steel food cans

Included in the $5 per month add-on material collection

Glass

Cardboard

Newspaper

Magazines

Office Paper

Stretchy plastic grocery bags

Do you provide the recycling bins?

Yes. Wild Grace provides the bins (32 gallon roller bins) needed for the base service (plastic, aluminum and tin) and for glass if the add-on optional material charge is selected. Bin pricing depends on the service plan you choose. Annual plans include the bin free of charge, while month-to-month service will include a monthly bin fee. We will clearly explain all pricing before you get started.

How many bins will I need?
Wild Grace provides the bins needed for standard service and glass if that additional service is chosen. Customers will use separate provided bins for different recyclable materials they choose so plastics, aluminum cans, and tin or steel cans can stay sorted. If the add-on service for other materials is selected, customers will need to provide some type of bin for newspaper, magazine and/or office paper (1 bin for all). Bin setup may vary by service type and plan, and we will clearly explain what to expect before you get started.

Do recyclables need to be cleaned?

Yes. Containers should be emptied and rinsed enough to be reasonably clean and free of leftover food or liquids.

How does pickup work?

You choose the service that fits your property, follow the setup instructions, separate approved recyclables, and place them out on your pickup day. We handle the pickup from there.

How much does service cost?
Pricing depends on the property type and service level. Please visit our Services page or contact us for current options.
